The Shacks are located at Grasstree Beach which is 37km from Mackay or 16km from Sarina. When driving from the North via Mackay turn off the highway at the Haypoint turn off just after crossing Alligator Creek. Continue to the Alligator Creek Store before turning right onto Grasstree Road then eventually left on Grasstree Beach Road. When entering Grasstree Beach you will find the entrance and drive to the Shacks on the left just before Grasstree Beach Road ends at the T junction that joins to the Esplanade. The address is 56 The Esplanade but being a corner block it means the driveway is located on the side road which is Grasstree Beach Road which is the road in and out of Grasstree Beach. Please do not drive or park on the front lawn which the Shacks overlook the Esplanade and across to the ocean.
